Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is approved (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate (boxes and padded envelopes). In some cases, we may use another USPS service or carrier to ensure the most reliable delivery for your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $196 (after discounts and before taxes, where applicable). Free shipping eligibility will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped. Most USPS Priority Mail shipments arrive in 1–3 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.
