Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is approved (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. Depending on when the order is placed, most orders will be packaged same day or the following day, then dropped off for shipment in the morning of the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We try to package all orders well to ensure the safety of the products. We primarily ship through the USPS or occasionally the UPS. In some cases, we may use a different service or carrier to ensure the most reliable delivery for your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over the advertised amount at the top of the website. The discount only counts towards the total, after all discounts, and before taxes where applicable. Free shipping eligibility will be shown at checkout. If you are not getting the free shipping for an order at or above the advertised amount, after discounts and before taxes, please contact us. 

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and begin once your order is scanned at the carrier facility. Most USPS and UPS shipments arrive between 3-5 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier delays.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive an email please check your order for the tracking number once the order says its been completed. Tracking will always be included on completed orders. If you do not see a tracking number within 24 hours after an order has been marked shipped please contact us.

Address Accuracy

Please always double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you have made a mistake in your shipping address contact us immediately. If an address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order to the correct address. Refunds will never be issued for returned orders due to an incorrect address that was provided to us. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight group and selected shipping method.
